There are three main coaching styles these are;Autocratic, strict,make all decisions and are in total controlDemocratic, make decisions with players more relaxed environment Laisse Faire, Relaxed, do not care to much .autocratic would be used in afternoon yr 7 sport when the group of students are not listening and co operating. Democratic would be used when the players are co operating and are working with you. Laisse Faire would be used if the group of students are listening and mature enough to work with you.
